The program is conceived and presented by Author and Teacher Avi. The videos in the program are chosen from Avi’s most popular talks. These videos are only available for program participants. Along with giving you keys to your wellbeing, Inside-Out opens up a wonderful and magical path to your self-discovery and awakening. You can take this program in the comfort of your home, and at your own pace.

About Avi

Once in a while, an individual comes along who possesses the ability to profoundly alter our perception and understanding of life. Avi’s extraordinary understanding of human life comes from his experiential journey into the depths of silence and stillness.

Avi quit his well-paying financial analyst job at Thomson Reuters to pursue his passion for life, spirituality and meditation. After completing his NLP Masters, he dove into the world of meditation. He spent several years in intense silence, solitude and meditation, at the end of which he had a profound life-altering experience.

Currently, Avi lives in Tennessee and travels around the country delivering talks to share his experiences. His teachings are both inspiring and illuminating. Meditation Farm is a nonprofit organization established by Avi to spread his message and teachings around the world.

Avi is the author of the revolutionary book The Silent Path.

Avi’s amazing clarity of the inner life comes from his personal experiential journey into the depths of meditation. Avi has spent more than 10,000 hours in meditation. As a young man, he spent an average of 8 hours per day in meditation for close to four years. What is the price of the program?

You can choose to make a one time payment of 4,225 Rs or make 6 monthly payments of 725 Rs each. Your monthly payments will automatically end after 6 payments.

Can I cancel the program and get a refund?
Registration will give you full access to the program content. If you are dissatisfied about any aspect of the program, you can reach out to us. Refund is not an available option.
What is the duration of the program?

The program contains 14 modules, each taking approximately 45 to 60 minutes to complete. From the date of registration, you will have 6 months to complete the program.

Can I split up a lesson into 2 parts if I don’t have time to finish the lesson in one session?
Each lesson will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour to complete. Although it’s better to take the lesson in one sitting, splitting it up into 2 sessions is okay if necessary.
Can I share the program with my friends?

Is there a minimum age limit?
Anyone 13 years and above will benefit from taking this program.
Do I need special software to view the program?
No. All you need is an internet connection. The program loads directly on your web browser.

Will I see all lessons at once or one at a time? How much time do I have to complete one lesson?
